by Bhaskar Parichha

‘No Strings Attached: Writings on Odisha’ features a careful selection of articles on Odisha written over the last ten years. The book contains newspaper writings on various issues. Divided into four parts and just about fifty chapters, it chronicles the events of the past twenty years in Odisha's action-packed history – political candor, natural adversity, economic deceleration, community resilience, and politics of dominance. There are profiles of eminent personalities of Odisha. It looks at the political goings-on and the controversies that have been part of the larger political process.
